Reformer :  Strength, Alignment, and Movement Re-Defined

Reformer Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates, the founder of the entire Pilates method. He designed the original reformer apparatus in the early 1900s as part of his system of “Contrology,” using springs, pulleys, and resistance to help people build strength, alignment, and controlled movement.  Pilates has always been popular with all ages and Reformer Pilates studios have been popping up all over the world.  Although there are now many different forms of classes and styles that are now taught, we wanted to create a mix of styles so that everyone and anyone can enjoy the sessions. 

Reformer is a dynamic, full-body training method designed to build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility—all with the support and challenge of the reformer. Using a system of springs, pulleys, and a gliding carriage, the reformer offers resistance that meets you exactly where you are, making it ideal for beginners and seasoned athletes alike.

All our classes are mixed level, our instructors can and will adapt to your body and ability. 

Reformer Signature

Built around the classics, our signature reformer class is a balanced, full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and align. Builds a deep core connection, blending control, precision and breath, leaving you feeling strong, energised, and centred. Suitable for all levels. 

Reformer Stretch & Mobility

Designed for movers ready to take their flexibility, control, and joint mobility to the next level, this reformer class blends deep stretching with dynamic mobility training. Expect longer ranges of motion, continuous movement patterns, and progressive spring variations that challenge stability while enhancing fluidity. Mixed levels Available

Reformer Controlled Strength & Stretch 
This class focusses on controlled strength and functional mobility. Longer holds, gentle spring tension, and breath-led movement help reduce stiffness and improve long-term joint health. Everyone welcome but ideal for those looking to just start moving, or anyone over the age of 45. 

This class is a slightly slower paced than our regular sessions, but still challenging. 

Reformer Flow

This class blends strength, lengthening, and mobility in a fluid, feel-good rhythm. You’ll move from one exercise to the next with minimal breaks and awesome music ! —think mindful movement meets full-body toning.

Reformer Power Flow

If you want strength, toning, and power whilst working on your posture and core control, all to upbeat tunes ! This class is perfect for you.   You’ll move from one exercise to the next with minimal breaks, expect a great workout with added spice ! All levels welcome as exercises can be adapted. 

Reformer Sculpt

A creative, body-toning mashup.

Incorporates weights, bands, rings, or balls to intensify reformer exercises. Expect lots of glute burn, core ignition, and targeted toning. Great for clients wanting variety and a fresh challenge.

Reformer Mum & Baby

A gentle, connection-focused reformer class designed specifically for new mums—and their little ones. This session supports your postnatal recovery while giving you space to rebuild strength, regain confidence, and move in a way that feels good for your changing body. Babies stay right beside you in a safe, cozy setup, so you can bond, move, and breathe without needing to find childcare.
